Unfinished: Short Story

August 15, 2013 by Leanne Sowul Leave a Comment

Several weeks ago, I started writing a short story that I like a lot. I’ve written several pages and gotten to the climax, but now I have a problem.

I have no idea how it ends.

So I decided to try something new. I’m asking you, my readers, to help me figure out what happens next.

Here’s how it’s going to work. Next week, I will be away on vacation, but I am scheduling daily posts with installments of the story (as in newspapers of yore). I’ll ask for comments on how you like the story and advice on a conclusion.

Sound good?

I know these won’t be my typical posts, but I hope you’ll all be willing to try something new. I’m excited to share my fiction with you, something I haven’t done since Sugar and Spice in December 2011.

So stay tuned on Monday morning for Part 1 of… Midnight Snack!
